You can request assistance with app and rewards related inquiries by contacting the support team via email at lamadeleine@thanx.com. You can also submit a request through the la Madeleine app by clicking the three lines icon on the top left corner, select “Support” then “Contact Support”.
First, search for “la Madeleine” in your Apple, Android or Google Play app store. Then, download our app and register! You will start earning points with your first order.
You may also link your credit card to our app for convenient payment and earning. Do this by tapping the icon on the top left-hand side of the home screen and navigating to Saved Cards.
Click the three lines icon on the top left-hand side of the app home screen and navigate to Account. Don’t forget to input your birthday to receive your Birthday Reward!
The fastest and easiest way to earn points in-café is to link your credit card. Do this by tapping the icon on the top left-hand side of the home screen and navigating to Saved Cards.
However, you do not need to have a card linked to earn points. Simply upload your receipt in the app by clicking the three lines icon on the top left-hand side of the app home screen.
You must have a card linked to order ahead through the app.
Our app is only available on iPhone and Android devices. You may still join our loyalty program without downloading the app by placing an online order through our website.

You will need to download the la Madeleine app onto your new phone. Then, log in with your existing username and password. Everything will be transferred! If you cannot remember your registered email address or experience any issues, contact us at lamadeleine@thanx.com.
Points allow you to increase your Bonjour Rewards® loyalty program tier status, and you can redeem earned points in the Marketplace for a reward of your choice. When you use your linked credit card or upload a receipt, each dollar spent earns you one point. The more points you have, the more perks you earn!
Keep your receipt! To receive credit, submit your receipt by tapping the three bars icon on the top left-hand side of the home screen and navigating to Upload Receipts.
Points expire exactly 365 days after they are earned.
At this time, our catering program is not synced with our app but we are working on integrating them. Stay tuned for updates!
Rewards are loaded onto your app and are our way of thanking you for being a la Madeleine app member. They take the form of free treats and special offers. You may view your rewards by tapping the three bars icon on the top left-hand side of the home screen and clicking “Rewards”.
Rewards will apply and redeem when you order the qualifying item (be sure to add it to your cart or onto your ticket at the register), fulfill the offer requirements and meet the offer timeframe. Once you redeem a reward, it will no longer appear on the Rewards screen.
You can also “Save” your rewards for later by toggling the “Apply Reward” switch next to your reward upon checkout. If the reward is “blue” that indicates that it is toggled on for redemption. If the reward is “grey” that indicates that it is toggled off for redemption.
Any rewards “saved” will still retain their expiration date and will expire accordingly. Rewards cannot be saved forever.
You can only redeem one reward per transaction.
The more points you earn, the closer you are to reaching a higher status. You may check your status and read the perks of each status level by tapping the three bars icon on the top-left corner of the app home screen and navigating to “Rewards”. You will find your points and tier status at the top of the page.
Your status today is based on all points earned during the current calendar year. Once you have earned your status level, you have a full year of its benefits! You also have a full year to earn visits to maintain that status. 365 day after you achieved your status, the status will be evaluated to either decrease or maintain from the previous year.
Since points expire 365 days from when they are earned, if you are earning less visit credits than are expiring, your status level will change accordingly. Check your My Rewards Status page on the app to see your qualifying visits. Just:
- Click on My Rewards
- Swipe up to see your count of visit credits towards your progress
Don’t worry, this is most likely a case of duplicate accounts. Your account information, rewards, status level and transaction history are saved under your original account and registered email address. When logging back into your la Madeleine app, you likely entered a different email address or had a typo. Tap the settings icon in the top left-hand side of your app, then scroll down and tap Log Out. Now enter your email address again and check for typos. If there is a valid account associated with the email you entered, a “Welcome Back!” message will appear. If there is not a valid account associated with the email you entered, you will be prompted to create an account. Do not do this as it will create a new account! If you cannot remember your registered email address, reach out to us at lamadeleine@thanx.com and we will reach out within 48 hours.
You may place an order by calling your local bakery, ordering online, inside any of our cafés or via our mobile app. You can even earn rewards for every order over $4 placed through our mobile app – find it on your Apple or Google Play app store today!
Go to our catering page, click order now and click Sign In/Sign Up on the top left-hand side of the screen. Once you’ve signed in or created an account, navigate to our catering menu. You may also call your local café to place a catering order with a catering specialist. Catering orders are planned, prepared, and customized per your request; therefore, orders placed within 24 hours are subject to availability. Cancellation must be made 4 hours prior to time required and must be made by calling the bakery or cancellation charges may apply. Delivery fees apply and are not a gratuity to the driver.
All of our locations are available for delivery through Grubhub. We are adding more avenues for you rot choose from as quickly as possible!
Yes. To create a la Madeleine app account, download the app from your Apple or Google Play app store and follow the prompts. Then tap “Order” on your app home page and place an order. To make an online ordering / catering account, go to our Catering page and click “Order Now”. Please note, you will need to add a payment in order to finalize your online or mobile order.
If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it here. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset. Be sure you check the email address associated with your account.
If you are trying to log in and forgot your password, tap “Forgot Password”. This can be found by tapping the three lines icon on the top left-hand side of the app home screen and scrolling to the bottom of the menu. If you would like to change your password, find “Profile” in the menu and type in your new password. Be sure to scroll down and tap “Update Account Information” when you are finished.
Sign into your account and head to the “My Account” tab. There, you may edit your profile and payment information.
Go into the settings in your app and select “Manage Cards.” You can find this by tapping the three lines icon on the top left-hand side of the app home screen. There you may add, delete or change your credit card on file.
Head into your settings and navigate to Transaction History. You can find this by tapping the three lines icon on the top left-hand side of the app home screen.
Yes, sign into your account and head to “Order History.”
You cannot upload a gift card online or to your app at this time. We will have this feature available in the future! In the meantime, you may earn credit by scanning your EARN REWARD CREDIT ONLY QR Code at the register and proceeding to pay with your gift card. You can find this QR Code by clicking EARN REWARD CREDIT and swiping left or right.

No. La Madeleine gift cards do not have an expiration date and can be continuously used.
However, gift cards may become inactive after 5 years of inactivity and would need to be replaced. Click here for more information about gift card replacements.
You may use your la Madeleine gift card at any of our cafes except those located at an airport or college campus.

You can use your physical or e-gift card to make purchases through the la Madeleine app, but you cannot upload it in the app.

La Madeleine is most famous for our signature Caesar Salade with housemade croutons and our creamy Tomato Basil Soupe. Over the years, other recipes have gained quite the following, including our rich, moist take on the classic Sacher Torte, a chocolate cake with a thin layer of raspberry jam with a thin layer of chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache.
La Madeleine serves breakfast all day, lunch, dinner and French bakery treats for moments in between. Our menu features many classic French items, as well as signature la Madeleine recipes. Take a peek at all we have to offer by clicking on Menu in our Navigation.
Oui! Seasonal menus are introduced several times a year, and we rotate our bakery selections even more often.

We offer a number of items that are made without ingredients containing gluten; however, it is impossible to guarantee that any of the foods we prepare have not come into contact with gluten. If you want to avoid or reduce gluten, and do not have celiac disease, you can view our menu to find selections that fit your diet. We currently do not have any gluten-free dessert or bakery items.
We rotate recipes in and out of our menu so we can introduce new, seasonal recipes. La Madeleine is and has always been dedicated to listening to our guests, so if one of your favorite menu items has disappeared from the menu or bakery case, let us know. We reference guest feedback and requests as we develop future seasonal menus.
We change our menu to ensure quality and consistency. Our culinary team travels year-round to local bakeries, coaching and teaching recipes to our Associates and Managers. When we see trends that a recipe isn’t being made consistently to our desired level of quality, our chef will introduce a revised recipe or procedure to remedy the challenge.
Oui! La Madeleine is committed to reducing plastic usage in to-go packaging where possible. Our bakeries transitioned from plastic to paper to-go bags in 2015. Today, many of our items are packaged in paper to-go boxes. We are currently working to reduce plastic usage even further by testing new hot-hold paper to-go packaging for rollout in late 2019.
